I wasn't trying to scare you rat. I was just stating a fact that you don't know as much as you think you do. You seem to be such an expert on coaching, I was just wondering why don't you coach? Because you do such a wonderful job from the stands or the hill or where ever you are during a game.

What about Anderson Co. Two years ago at AC??His play calling won the game in the last min. in a year when the def. was suspect all year, Just because you want the old I off. back like your God Gaddis ran does not mean that right now with the athletes that are at O.R. that would be the best for Oak Ridge. A good coach evaluates the tallent on hand and gives that tallent the best opportunity to be successful. And by the way Coaches don't win games players do, Fans don't win games players do ( sorry to let you know that )

I agree reff. Coaches get there players in the right system for to fit their players at the time. As a coach, you can't say that you will always be an I-formation team or a spread offense. You have to adapt your system to your players.

"God Gaddis" as you call him changed to the Wing-T before he left because of the players he had. Anyway, what does any of this have to do with the Alcoa job?
