The TSSAA gives teams until midnight Sunday night to finish their tournaments, so...I'm not sure where you got this Friday stuff from??

I just tell what I know. & as far as I know, TSSAA said we had to finish them by Friday night. I dunno how it's really suppose to be. But that's what I was told by Coach Hicks. And yes, I wish we could have gotten to play. But unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about that.

Way to go Lady Rangers! The Lady Rangers defeated Jellico 7-3 and advance to Wednesday to meet up with their nemisis University High - They say the third times a charm, hopefully it will be. Play hard and never give up.. You can do it! Good Luck!

Congradulations Lady Rangers! I wish you luck on Wednesday and please come prepared. Be focused and concentrate on the game. Let's don't give this game to them because more than anything that's what they want you to do. Let's cut down on the errors, and fight back so hard at UH. UH has it in their head that they are gonna win it all, let's prove em' wrong. I read in the JC Press this morning about McVeigh's no-hitter. So let's not give her one this Wednesday. I also read where one of them said they beat us at our place last year, um NO! Last year they never beat us on our HOME turf, they beat us when we played them over there and it was only one time (sorry but I wanted to clarify that) and after that game we faced them like 4 different times and beat them each time. So hopefully this third time's a charm is true. Good Luck Ladies!

Heck yeah! We were down 2-1 in the top of the 7th. And came back & won 7-3. The only thing we need to do is be confident, the talent is already there. We proved to McVeigh the last time we played UH that we can hit off of her. So it's time to get the bats rollin!

Yeah, that game was close really. I hate that you all waited until the last inning to have your rally. Okay, I heard thru the grape vine that the Lady Rangers lost against UH today. What happened in the game? Was it errors, no one able to get a hit, what seems to be the problem? UH has grown to be pretty solid, and they show that. Their coach has definitely took their program to a new level. So now the Lady Rangers will be traveling I suppose? Who does UH play? Ah well... good Luck Ladies.

The District 4A Tournament was played on Saturday and was scheduled to have the title game Sunday until it was rained out. Coaches normally set the time to end the tourney at the district meeting before the tournament begins. Different districts set different deadlines to finish their tourney. District 4AA also played four games on Saturday. If the coaches agreed that Friday was the deadline then that's the deadline.

Well, our deffense was solid. We had two throwing errors. But that only scored 1 of UH's runs. We didn't have any fielding errors at all, and I'm very proud of my team for that. We hit the ball, but fielded out every time. We only had one hit during the game by yours truly. UH beat us. There's no other way to put it. We played awesome and still got beat. Everytime they got up to bat, they found a hole and hit it there. Unaka travels on Friday to Harriman at 6:00. If we win this one, we're going to Memphis on Monday!! GO RANGERS!
