Cumberland Co is coming off there big win over McMinn Co. I havent heard much about Wilson Central. What does people think?

Cumberland Co. in a big way! 35-0! Those poor kids have had to handle alot of adversity in their short history! If I'm not mistaken they lost 3 coaches during the summer. And moving up to 5a not to mention going into reg.4 it's not going to get any easier! Good luck Wildcats your going to need all you can get!

Wilson Central has been struggling since their founding three or four short years ago, and now that they've moved to 5A? LOOK OUT! Cumberland County is one of Region 3-5A's finest programs.

Semper, Wilson Central is starting its third year. They are currently 0-20 overall.

Wilson Central appears to be much improved, but the move to 5a is a killer.

Looking over their schedule, I don't see a team they have a good chance to beat.

Siegal is a 1st year program, so maybe there is a chance there.

I agree with the consensus. Cumberland County should roll and their younger players should get some good experience early in the year. Wilson Central will strugle again this year.

I think Cumberland wins this game. Let's not forget that they are still a very young team. As good as they look at times, they still struggle at times. They have good talent at most positions, but only three returning starters. This is a game that the coaches will look at different players at different positions to build some depth for the district schedule coming up. So, its hard for me to think it will be a runaway. But I hope everyone is right.

I don't have a dog in this fight. Cumberland Co. was the best conditioned team last Friday night. (No cramping in the heat) They played as a team, once they got the First Game jitters out of the way.

You'll see cricket. I know a lot of the kids up there at WCHS. You're right they have gone through a lot of adversity, but now they have a great coach. He will not accept anything but 110% from these kids.
