puzzle
I was really impressed with the St. Agnes keeper last night. She made some great saves and could punt and goal-kick further than any keeper I've seen.
weeman580
I think that Melissa Berigan is the best goal keeper in the state. She dominated for Smyrna this season although she is only a sophomore.
Nikaia
What about USJ's freshman GK, Morgan Walley. She kept Chattanooga Christian to 1 goal in the quarter final. Look for her for the next 3 years!!!
rebsoftball1
OK, first of all, let me admit that I don't know much at high school soccer, or soccer in general. But what I do know is this--Taryn Holland from FHS is a beast. Starting keeper for the Lady Rebels since freshman year, and thus far in the 2003 State Tournament, she has had not one, but TWO shutouts against awesome teams, Farragut included. Since I don't really know of any others, I won't try to say she's the best, but she has to be up there, and she will probably be the top by the time her senior year rolls around... she still has two more years guys... Let's go Franklin, bring home state tomorrow night!
puzzle
I still think that St. Agnes keeper was impressive. You can't always judge by how many goals they let in because on the night I saw her play she let three in but she made some awsome saves and definitely punted further than any keeper I have seen in select or ODP or Regionals. soccer_10
Definently (sp) Jessica Thomasson, from Sweetwater. She had an awesome season this year, and will be even better next year during her senior year. Look for the Lady Cats to be in the state tournament next year!!!
