well im gonna have to go with a girl from karns (chelsea brooks-soph) and the girl from clinton, shes really good. but chelsea doesnt even play in our goal, shes #1 in state in competitve not h/s. she hasnt played a minute in goal for the h/s too good of a field player, that just says alot about her i think, it just shows shes a good soccer player all around, u can stick her anywhere and she'll dominate...good kid

the two keepers that blackman have are two of the best keepers in the state. erin bilyeu (junior) and mary elam (senior)

Jessica from Richland is one of the best in the state and she still has 4 years left, thats right shes an 8th grader

taryn holland from FHS. she is only a sophomore and was the starting goalie on the state championship team last year as well.

Haven't had a chance to see "the entire state" but the keeper from Blackman is definitely hot stuff. She can move SO much better the competition in southeast TN!!

Just to make sure everyone knows.... 24FHS21 is not Taryn Holland. Some people might think it is me do to the fact that my actual sn online has the 2 exact numbers in it. I do not know who 24FHS21 is. Sorry, just wanted to make that clear.

A keep form McMinn central, Baxter is very good and she has got a lot of practice making saves.The 2 games I saw I think she is going to be a great keep. I think she is just a sophomore. The way it looks she will get a lot a practices making saves over the next couple of years.

Taryn Holland is by far the best underclassman keeper in the state. She started as the keeper for the state champion Rebels this year and looks to help her team win yet ANOTHER state title. She'll be incredible by the time she graduates!

just like to say that laura mathews has recorded 15 shutouts, and only 9 goals thus far this season, once again restating my main theme that she is by far the best goalkeeper in the state of tennessee. I kno that it could be argued that it's all the defense, and she would tell you that as well, but we all know the truth... she is amazing! on another minor note, she has been selected as one of ten finalists for the heisman award for women atheletes in TN, and the winner will be chosen on friday i believe. Good luck at state laura!!
