You can't go wrong with Walt Smith, but what about Whit Taylor at Shelbyville. After going 4-6 last season and missing the playoffs for the first time in over 10 years, the Golden Eagles are 7-2 heading into tonight's game at Hillwood and are playing for 2nd place and a home playoff game. And remember that's in the same region as state powerhouse Hillsboro. Taylor also lost his starting star tailback, senior Chase Williams, to a broken leg in Game 3 at Spring Hill. Taylor would get my vote.

Coach Louis Thompson's Falcons went 4-7 last year. Same guys this year are 9-0. Coach Thompson has done more...with less talent than anyone else. It's all about his x's and o's.

I agree...Louis Thompson is the clear-cut favorite, but Tim Johnson of Franklin would also be a stupendous choice...and you can't go wrong with Mt. Pleasant's Walt Smith either.

Dont personally know the Coach, but I would say Greenbrier's Kirk Williams, I know they have lost 3 games but they were againt two of the better teams in Tennessee and one of the better teams in Kentucky.
