I just looked over their online handbook and I didnt really see anything covering hazing or the sort. I am trying to be objectice here so if anyone has time, then look over it, because there is a lot of rules,

The TSSAA Board of control can "have authority to rule on any cause not covered by the Constitution and ByLaws, until the legislative council adopts a new ruling covering the situation" ~Article III Board of Control Section 5 item (G).

 

 

Article V Section 4 "The executive director will initiate investigations, conduct hearings, collect information, render decisions, and fix penalties, based on the information provided to the staff, an in accordance with the rules and regulations of the TSSAA. Such decisions shall be subject to review by the Board of Control on appeal by the principal of the member school involved."

 

examples of discipline #5 "Suspension of an individual sport from participation or the total athletic program from participation"

Jody did resign, he will finish out the year. I hate it. He is taking all of the heat and it's a shame. I'm sure some of you are loving, but be careful what you wish for because you never know who will be the next head honcho over there.

Yea, your gonna trade one "evil" for another if we dont watch out. If the new Ladd is gonna be the new principal he's gonna be on ever more of a power-trip than what he already is...

 

Haha, oh well, watch for us tonight (tuesday) on the news, channel 10 and 8 were at the school today....
