Chattanooga Top 10

After all the games have been played this Friday and Saturday night here in Chattanooga, I think it is time for a new Chattanooga Top 10 from Myself. Some teams came out and proved..while others fell back and dissapointed, and even more to play next Friday night. Here is my newest Top 10.

10. Notre Dame Irish (1-0) W 15-14 over Chattanooga Central - @ Meigs County Friday

 

Player of the Week- DeWayne Caldwell of Ooltewah_295 yds rushing and 3 touchdowns.

 

Of course not everyone will agree with my poll or my thoughts, but I think they are pretty accurate. let me know what you think and get ready next week for a full schedule of High School games.

Boyd Buchanan has scheduled Baylor (Div II), Walker Valley (3A), East Ridge (4A) & Goodpasture (2A)!

 

I have to disagree about Boyd being overated in the state! I don't know if they can win the state this year but they will get close! Next year they move to 2A and will probably be a top 5 team in the state in the preseason there as well!

How can you leave McCallie out of the top 10? They played pretty well against LFO besides the second quarter and probably should have won the game if it weren't for the refs. They also destroyed your number two and six teams which are Boyd and McMinn in scrimmages earlier. These rankings are terrible.

Yes, I agree...actually most of the poll looks pretty good.

 

Maybe move MCMinn down one spot and put MCCallie at 6.

Grad and Irish you are exactly right, Matter of fact the paper I have the Top 10 written down on has McCallie in it. I just didn't trasfer it to the computer. That was my mistake and I corrected it. Grad you had exactly pin pointed where I wanted them as well. I agree with Irish 100% that McCallie is still a very good team even though they lost to LFO tonight. LFO has a tremendous football team. Sorry about that guys, It has been fixed.

I like to see mostly everbody putting McMinn and Ooltewah in the top 5. If Ooltewah beats East Ridge this week than that will set the McMinn @ Ooltewah matchup to be a good one in 2 weeks.
