GradfromtheNest
DeWayne Caldwell from Ooltewah has 1179 yards in 6 games. Averaging 9 yards per carry and scoring 11 touchdowns.

stayNskool
I think you have that added wrong Grad. Caldwell had 1,105 yards before the Bradley County game at 8.9 ypc, and finished the game with 106 yards on 10 carries. which gave him 1,211 yards for the season. And if the Ooltewah High School website is to be trusted. Those 10 carries give him 131 on the season, for a 9.25 yards per carry average for the season and right at 202.8 yards per game. And with 3 TD's against Bradley that does make 11 on the year. Stats to date: -1,211 season total -202.8 yards per game -9.24 yards per carry -11 td's - (6-0)Owls record Don't think too many other players have that kind of line! Indian
Sequatchie County's Chase Whited is averaging 7 yards at carry at fullback, all runs have been between the tackles so that's a good stat. He only gets 10 carries a game because 4 or 5 backs get between 6-12 carries including the quarterback.

You have to account for his lost yardage too.

Punisher-whs pride
I believe so! Coming into Friday's game against Dresden, all he needed was 150 yards to reach the 1,000 yard mark. And I believe he got 150+ yards.
ec2005
Yeah, Guy looks to be the difference maker this year. Looks like Westview sure missed him last year but it still gained much needed experience all over the field. Good blocking and Markei finding the holes has accounted for all of Westview's wins this year. Hats off to them!
