Cade is verbally committed to UNC. There are many other players that will play in college... I'm not sure if any will go D1 tho... Jeff Smith has the size, he just needs to get the work ethic. Stephen Childs is only a few steps away from being fast enough. Ryan Tallent has the ability with hard work and improvement. Andrew Clement might have a shot if he stays healthy and puts some muscle weight on with a lil' more speed. There's loads of talent, but for D1 prospects hard work and vigorous dedication will be needed...

I agree. I think alot of the guys could play DII or DIII depending on what some of the regional colleges are looking for this year.

where do u think the 2 linebackers will end up goin lawhon and valentine, lawhon might have a shot at maybe D1 or AA with his speed and preety good size

I'm not sure, both of the two are going to have to gain some size and definitely gain speed... Valentine more so than Lawhon... They are both headhunters tho... Where they go is basically up to them..

I think Jeffery Smith,Steven Childs,Andrew Clement,The offensive linemen,Dave Garner will play at small colleges like Tusculum,Austin Peay,Maryville College

 

Juniors that could somewhere are Gary Tucker,Ryan Tallent,Jon Lawhon,Matt Valentine.

 

 

Maryville teams hardly have a big time D1 prospect. They are always full of kids who will play D2-D3 schools.

Andrew is a much better Baseball player than a Football player period. Smith needs to get a fire under him. Tucker and Lawhon will get lots of looks.

Yes for sure. The defense will have to shut people down because the offense will drop way off. Losing most of the up front guys, good running backs still need blockers up front and MHS don't have them.
