There is no way that Huntington's defense is one of the best in west tenn. between westview and them, the team that had the ball last was goin to win. The mustangs couldn't stop markei guy, j. williams, or bishop when they got the ball. The stangs are very good, but there weaknesses show when put up against a quality offense.

Prime example of not playing anybody. Yea they can stop adamsville and bruceton....thats all we heard about for 4 weeks. Good Job Westview.

Tonight was a prime example of a team that had not been pushed or had to play for 4 quarters all season, getting fatigued. Yes, Guy was fabulous and had over 270 yards rushing. Over 200 of that was in the 2nd half. The rest of the Westview offense had about 120 yards for the game. No tonight's game does not indicate that our defense is one of the best in the area. But, it is no indication of the caliber of football this bunch is capable of playing by the time the playoffs come around. remember, there are 6 new starters on that side of the ball and more of them are playing both ways than they have in the past. give them a little time and they'll be fine. I certainly wouldn't bet against them.

 

Milan folks keep talking. We'll be over that way in a couple of weeks to see if you can back it up.

While the original post makes poster look a little foolish after the Westview disaster, Notice his post was before the game. He wasn't foolish enough to post after giving up 41 to Westview.
