Congratulations to Greeneville. Even match through the first half (150 yd total offense vs. 149 total yds). Second half a much different story. Special teams played an integral part of the match, as did penalties and turnovers.

Greeneville played smash mouth football all night long. They came out with a purpose and played with passion. Greeneville is a force, and I hope the rest of the state is ready cause here comes the devils. Devon Jordan played a great game at defensive tackle, and Lollar ran for 170 yards. Washington threw the best ball that I have ever soon. Everyone did their part to do what was necessary to go into Morristown and get a blowout victory. Edited October 16, 2004 by bigquillen

Congratz to GHS and their big win and sealing of #1 or 2 in their region. West is way down this year as is most of East Tennessee in my view. I do think a few teams are not worried about Greenville in East TN but, that is what the play-offs are for. Enjoy the win.
