RudyWasOffsides
A few things that I noticed about this list. 1. There are no wide receivers 2. There are 2 kickers 3. NCS only has 1 player on the team 4. Union City(6), Coalfield(5) and Greenback(3) make up almost half of the entire team
BIGPURPLEMACHINE
One of the players listed is from supposedly collierville. They are 6a.
TheTruthPrevails
When is the last time there were no pirates on the team? Fitzgerald would have been on there had he not gotten injured, probably should have been anyway.
Indian
It is sad one from here had 35 tackles loss and did not make all state and worse, not even best of preps out of some 45 defensive players-especially when am I told repeatedly they look at individual performances not team performances (state softball team only had 1 on first, second or third team). jackets34
Congrats to all the players who earned their way to the All-State team!
Atlas
I thought Kane Taylor lb and D'carrius Stephens db from Union City and Daniel Bituli lb from NCS very deserving from what I saw on the field.

TheAmbassador
Congrats to all the kids, but Coalfield having 5 all state players? That is laughable to say the least. They have a couple of deserving kids, but not 5. Union City has 6 on the team and Coalfield has 5? If they truly have 5 all state players then someone didn't get coached up enough. I've seen a few of the "great" teams through the years get 5-6 players, but this is ridiculous. I believe SP had maybe 3 last year. 5 players making all state for a team that got mercy ruled in the finals is just too much. Nashville Christian was clearly the second best team and they have 1 player making the list? This list is pitiful.
