Here is what I know about this game.

1. It's Hendersonville-Gallatin

2. Gallatin has a good coaching staff

3. Gallatin has good players

4. Gallatin is big and physical up front

Any team that has Jordan Mason, Dez Chambers, and Jalen Porter can beat you. When Gallatin does not turn the ball over they have proven they can play with anybody. Hville will have to bring their A game Friday night to be successful as I expect a hard hitting physical game at Memorial Stadium. Go Commandos!

Well said! This is a very respected rivalry. You can easily put Hendersonville in those points you made and change the names to Terrell Carter, Jack Towe, Anthony Hughes.

One thing for sure is you won't see the ball in the air much. Both teams like to run the ball. Gallatin has to do 3 things in order to have any chance against Hendersonville. 1. DON'T turn over the ball. 2. DON'T allow long drives like the 90+ kind they have been giving up the last few weeks and 3. Do not allow a score right before the half that have been back breakers no matter how little time there is remaining. Fix those 3 things and you could have a good ballgame.

You will see hville pass, the last 2 games hendersonville's first score was a 60+ yard pass. You will also see the spread with coker, kid has a great arm and accuracy and can flat out make plays.

By the stats in the paper, you do not throw much or at least do not have much success doing it. Neither QB has much yardage. Basically a run team like usual.

Hart was a special player  3A Dyersburg looks to return a few key pieces. Strahan will be a force  4A Bradley will be as usual, making it tough on whoever they face.
    • I have no clue if Derek tried to talk some since into his dad or not about staying here. All he is going to accomplish is going from the oven to the frying pan. If I were the coach all Ale would freze over before I set back and watched one of my good players leave without a fight.
    • If this is true, South Gibson is taking a big chance. Passing on an experienced coach for a guy who has never coached at the high school level is a high risk move, especially in that district and region.
    • Dorian Eskridge was HVA's best back, 2011
    • Jo Byrns was a very solid team last year. Imo, I thought they presented the biggest challenge for us on our path to winning it all last year. I expect them to be in the conversation and one of the final few teams playing in Murfreesboro
