Trousdale County or Marion County represent the east 2A in 2017

Marions young lineman are gonna have to step up if that's to happen but I belive the skill players are still there to make a good run!

2a east will be weaker next year. Not sure who will emerge.

Not sure how Mckenzie will do. Gonna be a brutal region. Losing some good players. Younger guys will have to work hard this off season.

Next year will be a down year unless the lineman get better. We have a couple good ones but several will have to emerge. After next year their should be a steady stream of good players come thru. Also have a large sophomore class.

Hey guys...I know we're still in the middle of the playoffs, but I wanted to start a thread for each class so we can get a feel for who will be the favorites in 2017. Who returns a lot from a solid team this year and will be a breakout team next year? Who is good this year and will be able to keep it up and not lose many key guys? Who will be the 2017 2A champs?

Not sure about Peabody, but Adamsville is always tough and UC after all their injuries this year, they only have Senior that starts, so they will be a force.

UC will be stout. Only 1 senior starter this year and lots of juniors/sophomores and few freshmen playing. I think we'll be tough.
