Getting this back to talking about Bearden Major congrats to RB Jayzon Thompson and DB Chaston Smith on being selected to the US Army All-American teams for underclassmen! The first players to be named US Army All-Americans since the Colquitt brothers!

Pirates take the 1st game 8-5. East Robertson takes the 2nd game 7-3. East Robertson had one kid tossed in the 2nd game. 1 game series tomorrow. Not sure of start time just yet. Go Pirates!!

If a school changed over 1,000 grades, then I'd imagine football players aren't the only ones that benefited from this.

"Some student’s grades were changed to help them with college and sports participation, other students, who the administration deem undesirable and they “wanted out of the school” , were changed to remove them from the Anderson County School system." This has to be a massive lawsuit waiting to happen.

Good question. If the football coach asked for grade changes it could be an issue for eligibility.

There’s going to be more than one player that wins region and get them to Chattanooga if they do either. I’ve been watching Huntingdon football for awhile. There’s never been one player to carry them to the finish line. Huntingdon has had some great teams in the past all of them had a good qb and a couple of great running backs and played great defense. This coaching staff has always try to put the load on one player and play him at qb. And it hasn’t worked out yet. You have to have multiple players touching the ball if you’re going to make it through a season. And play defense

I saw some highlights but they were only about Oak Ridge. They didn't show good stuff WB may have done. There was no comment about score or anything.

That seems impossible. That would mean almost the entire student body was involved. That doesn't sound logical.

Keep an eye out for South Fulton in West Tennessee. They’ve got a talented SR bunch that’s started every year since Freshman .

Just think of the silly reason Derek Rang lost his job at Powell and look at this mess. They don't have a choice, they'll have to let him go.

I would bet he will eventually get fired or “resign” I don’t know how he couldn’t after that fiasco.
