Who knows at this point. I just wasn't impressed with Peabody or Milan at all. I do believe SGC has a very, VERY GOOD, squad with a ton of potential. Haywood is Haywood. Henry is Henry. McKenzie is Rick Flair at this point. To be the man.... UC was impressive, but I'm not convinced LC wasn't a little over hyped. Munford may actually prove to be the best of them all.

Unfortunately, NSHS Football will never see the highs of it's past again. No matter who the coach is.

I'm sure Crockett Co is much improved over their 1-9 season a year ago. I just don't see this game going their way.

It's a sad situation for Cedric and those kids. Not fair for any of them.

If UC can run USJ off the field like they did the Falcons, start engraving the trophy.

I believe Peabody will be able to move the ball on Westview. While everyone is laser focused on Peabodys offense and QB situation, the real issue is the defensive secondary. Look for Westview to pull away late with big plays down field.

I think Dresden takes this game fairly easily. Westview defensively isn't great and I heard Ty isn't playing in this one.

Game of the week potentially. I like UC. I think their defense is slightly better and they can control the ball and keep USJ off the field.

I dont know anything about why, but NSHS lost a good coach. That's fact. Parents these days won't allow their kids to be coached. Any attempt to do so is considered "Talking Reckless to their kids." Then when they lose, the coach is an idiot and "predictable." I said what I said.

Dyersburg names their score in this game. Young or not, it won't be competitive, and that's a shame in such a rivalry.

SGC is a very good football team that is flying under the radar, at least for the moment.

Simply put, Covington is not the same animal this year. Munford is better than most expected.

Not sure how much I would hang my hat on whipping Dyer Co. They're way down this year.

I've seen a lot of posters referencing #1 not getting the ball enough and I tend to agree, he should get more touches. BUT, from what I've seen Milan's defense is not up to snuff. They are missing that MLB a ton. For me the loss of such a talent glaring. I truly believe their season looks very different with him on the field. I still think they right the ship a bit this week and pull out the W.

Depends on what teams show up. Both squads seem to have consistency issues. Covington/Ripley vs GC/UC = Union City gets blown out. Northside/Ripley vs LC/UC = Tornadoes win a tight one.

I'm sorry, but this will not be close. Peabody and Lake Co. are not on the same level. Anyone who thinks otherwise is wearing rose colored glasses. Good luck to both teams.
