We rotated QB's Friday vs McGavock with Willmore & Butler. I expect we will do the same for the Ravenwood game. Both did well & if the O-line can continue to do their job, we should be fine.

Our QB, Ferrell, will miss this week's game against McGavock & possibly the first round of the playoffs vs. Ravenwood. Should be back for round 2 if we are fortunate enough to get the W. Corey Willmore will get the start. He lead the Wave through camp at Mcallie & has had significant PT this season. Knows the offense quite well. He will do a good job! Boo Boo Butler may also get some snaps. (Willmore starts at DB & punter as well) Rusty Fisher (OL/DL) will also miss tonights game with a hamstring injury. All in all, my boys will be fine. The nice thing about 42 seniors on the team? Depth!!! GO GREEN WAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is always difficult when a new coach comes in, especially after the stellar year you guys had last year. I know, as a fan, we tend to get on the coach's case when things don't go as expected, but give him some time. It is always hard to follow someone of Coach A's caliber. Jerry Joslin had the near impossible task of filling Calvin Short's shoes & was ousted. He went to Cookeville & has done a wonderful job there! As far as his reasons for leaving Beech...seems there were some administrative difficulties & as you guys know, that can be a huge problem! Looking forward to visiting "your house" tomorrow night!
