This will be a tough test for the Pirates. We have to execute on offense to get win this week. Probably our toughest opponent of the year.

We need to go to the wing t because we don’t know how to line up.
We need to do something. We won't make it past the second round playing like this.

Interesting game for Sequatchie. With back to back losses I'm curious how they respond. It should also give us a better idea of where Coalfield is.

It's been a busy week southtowner. As for this game I think the Pirates get the W. If Wellington has a good night passing the ball it could get ugly. I would like to see a well executed game from our offense.

I'm actually unsure who I'll take atm.
Head says Whitwell.
Then I see Fitz on the other side.
I just like the way he calls a game.
The kind of coach that can beat you with his guys or your guys.
I'm with you ST. My head says whitwell but Fitz is a coach that is hard to bet against.

2nd place in our region.
I was gonna create a website for this one. I'm glad someone else stepped up to the plate. Thanks

@LethalAttack @CaptainLongbeard
@pegleg @OLD PIRATE @Roy Dillard
@who'd I miss?
Who we taking?
Whitwell?
Or the Fitz Effect?
I think whitwell is the favorite but I expect it to be close and wouldn't surprise me if SC gets the upset.

And sp fans are ridiculous, the football team is a heck of a team, but when a kid goes down hurt and sp fans yell at him to get up. Get the **** outta here with that crap. A lot of sc fans was mad about that, even had a few of my Bledsoe buddies on the fence and they was like wow that’s ridiculous.
Take the L and move on. Pirate fans did not yell at any player that was injured.

Good win for the Pirates but the score should have been a lot worse. Sequatchie was very outmatched in the speed category. QB has got to settle in and make good throws. I have faith the coaching staff will get things worked out. Again, good win and on to the next.

Should be a good one. Go Pirates!

KJ was running wild no doubt…I’m just going by comments from those players. Anyways, past is past can’t change it now. Who are some stand outs for Sequatchie on the defensive side of the ball?
I agree past is the past. There's a lot of big games we should have had.
Overall there depth at the line of scrimmage stood out. I don't think any lineman goes both ways. Qb stood out for sure. He has the ability to extend plays when coverage is tight and has the arm strength and accuracy down the field. No one on defense necessarily stood out. D line and linebackers played well but at times struggled with Watertowns speed. It should be an interesting match up but I still think our speed will be the difference maker. I'd say the outcome will be determined by our offensive line and how disciplined we play. If we block well and limit penalties I like our chances.

Easily explained. I will try once more. CF dips into a 3A pool. That doesn’t mean they get the best talent from dipping into that pool. It simply means they have that ability to do so. 500 kids vs. 150 kids, u are gonna find some talent that you won’t at 150. 3A pool means 3A school, not in enrollment numbers but in the talent u can find. Why do they lose to 1A programs? Those schools are dipping into another pool in their area, getting better talent and better coaching for sure. It all makes sense now.

This may be a hot take but I think we win state that year if Wes was calling plays.
I don't disagree with you but I think it was a little more than just play calling.

Saw some highlights of Sequatchie. That QB looks like he’s 6’5 and can sling it to good receivers.
I saw him last week against Watertown. He's a very good QB better imo than Franklin County's.

I don’t remember what I had for breakfast this morning!! But I know talent. This is a once in 15 year Team. I’ve seen Gordonsville and they won’t handle spitt
Its ok you dont have to admit you were wrong.
I know we've had too many "talented" teams not bring home the gold ball. In case you didn't know it takes more than talent to win a state championship.

Discipline another factor we must have this week.
This team has so much talent but too many times have gotten in their own way. I'm with powerp line back up in the wing t if that's what it takes.
