Also I have a sister who is a teacher and people often forget how many student live with high risk parents and guardians. Also teacher themselves. The CDC protocols are out in place to help mitigate the spread. Last time I check President Trump appointed the head of the CDC. If he wanted, he could fired the CDC director and put someone in place who would loosen restrictions.

If wearing masks and quarantine when in direct contact with a positive case help mitigate cases like this then Inam willing to do it. No large scale lockdowns but for a party that is so pro life it seems to some it is only pro life in the womb.

Some of you need to educate yourself. The point of the 14 day quarantine is to prevent the spread just because you test negative on day 4 of quarantine doesn’t mean you would not get the virus on day 5 and beyond. Science shows you become the most likely to get the virus 5 to 9 days after exposure. The 15 minutes within 6 ft rule is correct. These guidelines are not arbitrary. They serve a purpose. Also if you are upset you should be mad at the CDC who has established the guidelines. Oh wait, who appoints the head of the CDC?

Rumor is Metro Davidson County Schools is ready to pull the plug on football season. It’s a dang shame students are being put into a political mess right now. There are students in those schools that use football as their motivation just to get their high school diploma. Cooper and the director of Metro Schools are both clowns.

So he is upset because the TSSAA is making them play by the rules?? Basketball coaches across the state can attest to how Memphis schools for years have been allowed to build super teams with what seems like unlimited transfers. All this guy is doing is pandering to his base.

Saw pictures from this game and looks like the mask mandate by the TSSAA was not followed by the student section and no social distancing going on. How about the school administrators and community take it seriously so we can continue to have football through the fall? You don’t have to live in fear of the virus but don’t be reckless about it.
