HS Coaching is about adapting to your talent not "YOUR STYLE" this is not College were you can pick whatever kid you want. Yes, there is some areas were coaches can be dictators, but the truth of the matter is Heritage has the longest losing streak in the STATE OF TENNESSEE

I am not a fan of WB nor Tend to Be. I am a Fan of Blount County and Surrounding areas Athletics. If you had a billion dollars that would be nice to donate some of that money to Blount County Schools. I am glad ShadRoach Regenerated the Message Board by stating facts that were geared towards WB. He must have all the Answers. Answers that only a person who does not help reamp the program or programs to higher levels. Now you on the other hand state that you love all sports in Blount County and I do agree with you on the ELECTED THIEVES. Question would be why bash a coach at William Blount that won the most games in a Tenure? But, then again you say you love all schools in the county!

Therefore you know that Rules may have been BROKEN or are Being? We all know Coach Lowe connection to downtown and how they get players to Powell. I agree everyone recruits across the state. If your not recruiting then your gonna fall behind, but lease wait til the season is over, not after the game.... That is Class-less act IMO. What do the Wise men say. Can Camden be better than under Blow? He spent 9 seasons and made the playoffs and made some noise however, never made it past the 3rd... Anything that can be better or can the program be a TOP- TIER program??

Siegel Fans, Why settle for someone who is already in RuCo..... Just cause they may know the area does not mean they will be succesful with the STARS . STARS need to understand that they can be One of the Top Programs in Rutherford County. Oakland has it going on. We all KNOW that, however, imagine for a sec that Siegel has someone in charge that is able to move the community. RuCo is wide open. Its like the Hot Girl walking into the bar late at night, everyone feels like they have a chance to get her to come their way, Oakland and Blackman have been the studs who have the money at the bar ordering everyone shots. LaVergne is the guys on the Dance floor just trying to have a good time Riverdale is the group sitting at the table waiting to make a move late at night (Creepers) Smyrna is the group who does not care, but has that one guy who wants to make a move Stewart Creek are the out of towners coming to Broadway for the Bachelor party. Just looking for a one nigh stand. But, love coming back for every year for Fantasy Football Days Rockvale the guys that sneak into the 21 year old bar with fake ids.... HC at Heritage is the (1) of multiple problems. As I was at the Basketball Jamboree tonight I notice several players playing basketball, who are not on the football team. Now, He can not control everything as far as Facilities and New School Development , However, He can make sure the best players in the school are playing Football. If Heritage dropped down to 5A, yes they have chance to be more competitive, however, make the change.... Admin at Heritage.... Oh Wait they WONT... The biggest reason is BLOUNT COUNTY SCHOOLS DO NOT care about Athletics and everyone on here can point fingers at Coaches, athletes in the Hallways, and Enrollment. But, when you have Leaders who only care about Academics. Your School System can only go so far. Not taking anything away from Academics, but anyone seen the Demographics in Blount County... CTE..... those are your programs that should be funded with thousands of dollars not NEW SCIENCE AND LIBRARY!!!! Make those AUTO, HAVOC, COSMETOLOGY, AGRICULTURE PROGRAMS TOP-NOTCH!!!!! It is the PEOPLE IN CHARGE AT BLOUNT COUNTY SCHOOLS that has allowed Maryville and Alcoa to reach levels that are unreachable . But. the funny FACT is that most in Charge at those schools are BLOUNT COUNTY RAISED or have worked in Blount County School System ....... SOOOOOO........... we all know Cities Schools get everything. However, the leaders in charge let that happen. Football can be Succesful in BC.... However, all the fans who say they want Blount County to be Successful. Look in the MIRROR and focus your attention at BLOUNT COUNTY CENTRAL OFFICE. Ill hang up and listen

Greeneville does not want that Series. Devils are a solid program and very good program. But, are not close to the same Caliber of Athletes as Oakland "Year in and Out". Last year Greeneville team had a chance to make it respectable for sure, but consistently it would be hard for Greeneville. Keep beating SH and DB then travel down to Maryvillle to play the Mighty Red Rebels after that to head on down to Bradley for a good High Scoring game series with tons of points. Then you make your way to Oakland after you have mastered the big boys in the East ... Key word Consistently. DB is having a great year for second year coach. This is how DB should be viewed year in and out. However, Region 1 6A is really down this year. Also, we will get a better understanding of them when they travel down to Alcoa in the final week. That being said. Best of luck to the Indians because if they make it pass BC it will be 35-0 at half-time when they play Maryville. Great Season for 2nd year coach, but DB will finish 11-2. Now like I said in other post. I hope I am wrong. But, a spade is a spade.

Agree with this, However, with 5 Classifications we will see more intriguing match ups in the first 3 rounds. Which could possibility knock off those 3 Top-Tier teams. Not saying that it would happen at all, but maybe wear those teams down for the next week. This is just wishful thinking. In the big scheme of things. Its sad that these 3 are so far above everyone else. BUT, I BLAME ALL THE OTHER SCHOOLS IN THE STATE. Schools that should be with those programs starting from the West..... who have under achieved in the big scheme 6A football. West: Germantown/ Collierville/ Arlington Middle: Toss up year to year Mid-State teams all share everything most teams in RuCo or Williams County. You get what you get. Hopefully your Admin is Athletic Minded Upper Mid-State: MT. Juliet/ Hendersonville have done respectable job. Station Camp/ needs to get back on track East: Cleveland/ D.B./ Science Hill/ ****Cookeville**** ???? East- Knox County School System just like Mid-State These are just a few schools who are City schools that have unlimited resources for Sports. The other programs are stuck because of what county they are in. However, can be good but until your school has Admin that loves Athletics things will not change for schools to be dominate. If Top Tier Athletes are being produced out of the state of TN. That means there is big time ball here. However, it is not matching up on the field or in playoffs. Hints not enough care. TN is far behind other states when it comes to big boy football. On the side note, it could be great!

I would agree with most of these teams. We all know that Maryville is gonna come out of the East and Oakland is going to come out of the Mid-State at the End of Nov. West TN always has a toss up with the first couple of rounds. Questions always becomes who gets to Host the Semis in the West.... is it Memphis or Williams County area! We all can agree its going to be Whitehaven. The problem is which Williams County school is gonna be playing them. I hate that its always the same teams each and every year, but a spade is a spade. There just is not enough parity like other states to create big time match ups and upsets in the first 2/3 rounds of football! Hints why we need to go back to 5 Classifications!

Sequoyah could be still a solid place for a first year or veteran coach. They just hired the young first year guy. The problem was who ever was in charge of this hire, does not know what drives his/hers school. Also did not look into who what happen at Concord Christian. The current coach who was hired from Concord Christian "which has no more has football " because of poor management from staff. Even though Bolinger had good "References" and connections with University of Tennessee. The Sequoyah hiring committee did a poor job of looking at the past. I know everyone can change and situations can change, but the Chiefs are seeing this unfold in front of their eyes QUICKLY. Yes, Sequoyah is bad this season and they might be a .500 school, however, they can be better with BETTER Leadership. Very Sad how the product on the field looks! #chiefs4life

Great info Barney, Its about time for a change down there in Blount County. "Get someone with some passion and energy" Obviously, the county shoots themselves in the foot with facilities, and central office, but this one will be over early and Heritage does not have much hope to win a game AGAIN this year!

Tonight's game vs. Daniel Boone could be a tough one for the Hurricanes. DB Jr. has played some tough opponents through this season, which I think that will help them win tonight. But, 4th place is wide open. Mo. East took some critical injuries early in the season, which is unfortunate. They would be more competitive with those kids still playing. Hopefully things can turn around for Mo. East, because right now it looks like Mo. West is in worse shape than East. However, West beat East in game number UNO!!

With Admin Support, could Franklin County can be a good job? Would they want someone with-in or outsider of the program. What does the Rebel Family want???
