BHSfootball
I play, but I'll tell you we have multiple fronts on defense with a base 50, very multiple sets on offense based out of I, and a dang big chip on our shoulder this year... Our senior class is the largest/strongest we've had in a very long time, at over 20 to 30 strong. We return 16 starters from last year, mostly upperclassmen. We have 3 or 4 guys in the backfield capable of taking it the distance every time and a strong line made up of 4 out of 5 upperclassmen. QB started the last three games as a frosh when junior QB was moved to RB last year. He is very mature for his age and is accurate and tall. In our system, that will do wonders. We have a totally different scheme on offense this year, thanks to our new OC, and our defense is built around speed and movements.

bounder
Did your OC come from a few miles across the hill to the northwest? He didn't get much credit but he's a dandy. You're lucky to have him. he'll do well. Just remember Rome wasn't built in a day. Who said that some old geezer?

Looks like you had a great off season and really worked hard in camp. There will be lots of folks believing in you by the mid-way point of the season. Good luck and "Get-er-done"!!!!!! Offensive coordinator is Ron Gray and he makes them wear wrist bands b/c they cant remember the plays. Is this true?

Idk what you're talking about with the wristbands, but even if we did have them, there's no shame in that. We're learning a highly effective and multiple offense in under a month. You try it. Ever watch college football? All of Clemson's players wear wristbands, so they must not know the offense right???? Quit taking cheap shots. bleachercoach
how did the scrimmage go against Kingston? Any truth that Kingston tried to show a new offense (different from the same old predictable one), and it got stuffed? Heard Beardens defense was "flying" all over the place. Sounds like it's going to be an up year for Bearden this year.
