moc3balla
I'm not sure he is the "best" -- but Seth Skogen from Temple is a good one at WR. He has the height, hands, and the hops. Should be an interesting year to watch him play with Smithson passing to him.

I honestly think that hes close to being as good as Caleb was. He'll have a big year this year! Atchely and Ricketts are def good. I watched them play last year and was very impressed. SR35
Seth has the size 6'4" 215, speed 4.64 and confidence to lead the city in receiving and establish himself as one of the top guys around...but his coaches ask him to do so much, can he stay healthy? The great thing for temple is that the other guys can catch as well, they got 4-5 guys including Dee Newson who is so quick, so Seth won't have to do it all...this makes for a very dangerous offense. give'emsix
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but neither of the Skogens will ever have a chance at being hailed as great receivers simply because of the competition they are up against. They may be legit, I don't know but I have a strong feeling that if you put any decent receiver in there position you would see the same production. The only time i've seen either of them was in the TN-GA all-star game and the oldest one didnt even have a catch.
Indian
Good players come from every classification, just more of them in the larger classes because they have more students.
