As expected when you have 30 posters competing in the Pick em, there is a logjam at every position as 19 posters did 6-1 or better last week, with 7 posters posting a perfect 7-0 record. As always, one of those in 1st place is none other than GWAVE1, however it looks to get a wee bit more exciting as there are some many people near the top. Anyways, here is the standings are Week 0:

Franklin over Oakland- Too much passing for Oakland to handle

Riverdale will not be beat this year

Lincoln County just too much for Blackman

Gallatin over Lebanon in a Defensive game

Brentwood over Smyrna- Dawgs just too young and inexperience

Wc over Mt. Juliet- Wildcats will score often

Springfield over the Stars-Yellow Jackets offense will have them seeing stars

LA over Cennt.-4-5A finally gets one over 6-5A (Bottom Feeders)

Maryville over Alcoa-4AAAA over 2AA

Franklin County wins tuff game

FRANKLIN -to much offense, oakland a little young still

 

RIVERDALE - yawn

 

LC - lc is not real good but is good against the run

 

GALLATIN - don't know anything about the 2 but I hear Lebanon lost a lot

 

SMYRNA - Will run the ball and keep bwood o on the bench

 

WC - cupcakes won't help for the tough region games later

 

SPRINGFIELD - Siegel is not any better than last yr

 

LAVERGNE - playoff type team, if they keep their heads up will win, if they lose then you will see the same old Lavergne a team with some talent that packs it in

 

MARYVILLE- no doubt

 

FC - 2 below avg teams. FC will finish in the top 4 in their region but would not make the play offs in regions 4 or 6

I made my selections last week, but I guess I forgot to hit the add reply. I also picked the Big Ones this week, but I was hurt that the Siegel Springfield game was not listed. That is the best game of the night.

 

Oakland wins...I used to go there

Riverdale...

Lincoln Co...my boyfriend told me to pick them

Brentwood......my best friend goes there

Mt Juliet....I am not sure why

Siegel...all the way...we will win, win, win

Maryville...my sister dates a baseball player that plays for Maryville College

Franklin Co.....my boyfriend's uncle has a farm there
