Gatlinburg-Pittman at Alcoa.

 

G-P has pretty much dominated Region 1AA for the last decade, but are really down this year. They don't take losing very well, and should be on the low side of a lopsided affair at Alcoa.

 

Alcoa is defending a gold football, and will have huge support at home.

5-A: Franklin County @ Riverdale (says it all right there!)

Tennessee Temple at Trousdale County.........Temple's first year in school history making the playoffs and there gonna get greeted like this........

After Friday, Temple may not want to go back to the playoffs. They won't have too much fun down on the creek bank.

Franklin at Antioch will be a great game. neither team deserves to be out of the playoffs so soon

Toughest overall draw has to be Cookeville. If they keep winning, 1st 3 games are Lavergne, Wilson Central, and Riverdale.

Agreed. If they make it past those three, it all seems to be downhill. The best matchup for the state championship will happen in week three.

odds are its going to be either Cookeville or Wilson Central against Riverdale in week 3. i honestly believe whoever wins that game, WILL BE THE STATE CHAMPION.
