What is going on at Baylor? Why the sudden change? The rumor in Middle Tennessee was that Bibee may leave but Hannah would look to get his Alabama boy Jeff Rutledge from MBA to be the head coach. I guess that rumor is out the window. Would they look at the ex Bradley Coach that just resigned?

I heard today that Baylor has an interest in John Allen.

From what little I know about Coach Allen, he would be a good fit at Baylor.

I can't say that I'm shocked to see Bibee leave, I was surprised to see Hannah step down.

Hannah is one of those people who was good at a sport, but couldn't coach it. He just didn't seem to relate well with people either.

Take Hannah out of this years mix and Baylor is much more successful this year. He brought everyone down. I know that's hard for some of you to believe since he was supposed to be Baylor's savior.

Wow, Rabble Rouser, I find your confidence staggering, especially since Coach Wiggins has been rumored to take over the Baylor job for weeks now. Not to questions his loyalty to Notre Dame, but how would he be able to refuse a job that pays quite a bit more than what ND pays? I think it's obvious that Baylor has more money than ND.....

Let's stick to the topic or the thread will get out of hand. I am surprised, looking from the outside, the team was not better or at least more consistent. They showed in the first round what they could do, but with one of the top linemen in the country and Division I-AA or smaller college prospects at lineman, receiver, quarterback, along with a strong running back, I thought they'd do better. Others did too I suppose.
