I think that the Mets are vulnerable right now they aren't playing with the same passion that they played with earlier in the year, and the Braves have cooled down alot as well but I have no idea what they are going to do this weekend they are so hit and miss. I hope the Braves pound the ball this weekend.

for Kevin Mench and Fransico Cordero I guess that is how you spell it. I don't understand this trade I know that Texas is not that far out but I would think that they would need more pitching than a big bat but who knows.

Well, I missed the Carlos Lee deal. Even more interesting since they took 2 out of 3 from Cinnci this weekend.

 

Cards picked up Ronnie Belliard from the Indians for Hector Luna. Gives them consistency at second at least. It is an upgrade.

 

(And no, I have no clue why they cannot beat the Cubs this year.)
