croz6110
I think a few of you people from Carthage are underestimating G-ville. Of course SC will have many advantages, but those will be no excuse at the end of the game. I believe it will be a good game, at least better than last year. It ain't over til Big Reid and Chad D. get grape cool-aid dumped on em'.
Cheyenne
It ain't over til Big Reid and Chad D. get grape cool-aid dumped on em'. Man I don't have a clue who you are but I hope you are either a very big guy or a very very very fast runner if you gonna dump cool-aid on big reid. Cause let me tell you from expierience he don't like water gettin dumped on him and I'm guessin cool-aid is no different for him. BigOwlFan
People, stop getting so worked up over a scrimmage. From what I understand, the Owls were trying some things on D that White House, a very good team with an excellent coaching staff, took advantage of. A scrimmage is a practice against another team, that's all. We threw some hard hits just like they did. Our thing since Maynord has been here is being very well prepared for a team after a weeks worth of practice. You don't do that for a scrimmage. The kinks will be worked out and we will be fine. G-ville still can't match up. Take a deep breath and slowly exhale. It's not the first time we have looked bad in a SCRIMMAGE. Rest assured the players and the coaches know when it's "GAME TIME". Any Owls in the house? Hoo, Hoo, Hoo... Can't wait for you to hear that TIGGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oldsc7
To all of the people who reside across the river and support the colors of blue and white, I have something to say. I AM SORRY!!!! For what you ask, for saying that we will beat you guys this year. Cause it will never happen if we play like we did today and what I saw today we could not beat a jr pro team. We are as soft as freshly baked bread. We do not deserve to beat you guys if we play like we did today. I would not be surprised if you did not just stroll on over here to the "HOLE" this year and just mop us. Ok I take everything back about G-ville beating us caus it will never happen as long as Coach Maynard is here and probably want happen much after he retires or leaves. You are not better than us, your coaches are not as good as ours, and your players well you have athletes, but from what I hear you have no o-line and that is bad for you and your great athletes that our kids can't match up with, YEAH RIGHT, get ready to lose and if I was coach I try and score as much as possible just to show you that you don't belong and do not deserve to play us anymore. Have a nice day!!

Stark1
I think one reason we might not have played well, is the fact we didnt show much against White House. I think KC is getting that film, according to one of the coaches, and they didnt want to show much, but that is still not an excuse for gettin beat the way we did. I have confidence though, that the coaches will get everything worked out by week zero, and the next week, I won't apologize to G-ville Queenie, but I might feel sorry for them after we demolish them.... Well, maybe not.

blueraiderowlfan
Yes I do and thanks for a being apart of mine and being a darn good one at that. I thought you always hated running to the left side oldsc7. Tell me about this year's club. How are they looking other than the White House scrimmage? Are they as fast as I suspect? How are they looking other than the White House scrimmage? Are they as fast as I suspect? Other than the them not showing up for the White House scrimmage, I believe they will be ok. Sanders will get settled down and play to his potential and beyond. If the o-line starts getting a little nasty and mean and pancaking some folks like I have seen them do before we can run the ball. We have recievers with speed and that can also catch. They are fast, but they are not as fast as we were, but they still have good speed on edges and in the secondary. We will be ok.
