Cak @ Johnson County

This isnt the first time CAK has lost to Alcoa....I think that CAK will bounce back in a big way. CAK's defense will rise to the occasion and the offense will be just fine. No matter the QB. Each QB does different things well. If you looked at the post after the Union County game everyone was singing the Cates song and now everyone is one the Fromke bandwagon.....I think they are both good. I think they are both leaders.

As for the defense, I know these men have pride in themselves and will pull themselves up by the bootstraps and take the fight to Johnson County. To much pride, I would go to battle with any of those guys. The swagger is still there, they will be hungry as they enter this contest.

The one thing that will work against CAK and worked against Johnson County last year, is the long bus ride.....It will take mental toughness to stay focused on the task at hand when you are riding on a bus that long.

I personally think that refs dont determine the outcome of a game, if they do then one of the teams didnt take care of business. Leave no doubt and there isnt much a ref can do. NO EXCUSES

How far past Johnson City is Johnson Co. High School? How close is it in relation to Cloudland?

CAK wins this one definitely. I don't care how long the bus ride is. If you can't get focused on a game that gives you 3 hours to get focused then I don't know what will. CAK's players are ready to go after the loss to Alcoa. I'll say CAK by 2 TD's depending on the weather and field(it's Johnson County, you never know). Go Warriors

I've heard that Johnson County's refs are unfair. This is just what i hear. They call everything in favor of Johnson Co.

Just because the game is @ Johnson County doesnt mean the refs are. They should all be TSSAA REFS Im pretty sure . I know when Cloudland plays @ home Ive seen some of the refs @ other ballgames but I dont know them personally. Although Cloudland needs the refs on their side this year. As far as the J.C /CAK game J.C must be pretty tough to beat Hampton. I know some of them kids from J.C will knock your head off. But CAK must have a pretty good team also . It will be a good game to watch . Good luck to both teams . Stay healthy. Pujo I know this is a high school football board but, can you give me some 411 about tonights game @ Cloudland ,7th and 8th grade (men) Ha Ha

Cloudland looked real good, wasn't even close, They ran all over um and passed all over them. This is a good looking team.

    • No reasonable lawyer would take up this case. I am not a lawyer, but I know school law in and out.  Similar situations just like this play out thousands of times each year across the country, even at the college level (i.e. Ole Miss)  The Plaintiff's never win...ever.  If I am wrong, please provide a legal precedent for me. I will be waiting.  https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/39431892/judge-drops-ole-miss-player-lawsuit-lane-kiffin
    • Yes Justin Cruse was named head coach
    • It used to be, I think it still is, a change of 20% +/- gives reason to reclassify. Schools can choose to play up classifications but not down. Here is the mid cycle reclassification info on TSSAA.org When Memphis East changed from a regular public school to an "all-optional" school in 2017 the would've dropped to A but chose to stay in AAA in basketball (baseball, and softball) Penny was still coaching there and with the players they had they would've beaten A teams by 40 and slept walked to the championship. Other Memphis schools stayed in their classifications (mostly in basketball) until the next reclassification cycle. Of course this is the same time that a 4th class was added basketball.
