Rockwood and Kingston Friday night a long a waited game for the tigers from last year after being embarassed at home!! Boys step-up this week were going to play and leave everything laying on the feild No Matter the out come !!!

Champions play with heart .. Lets aim for our goals !!

 

 

its pretty sweet how yall think yall have a chance at even hangin with us.. you have no one that can contain bird or king.. and until u do.. they will run on u all night.. my jackets are bigger up front & faster in the backfield.. u better bring your A game and a bit more sept 8 when u come up here to the Capitol..

Unfortunately for Rockwood, looks like this is another one of those years where the numbers for Kingston just overwhelm the Tigers. Too much speed and size for Kingston. Even if Rockwood can out hustle and heart Kingston, the Yellow Jackets simply have to much depth. This one gets ugly late - Kingston wins going away.

      Coalfield definitely isn't the same team they've had the past few years. They are still the favorites to make it out of their region because of their pitching. They have 1 arm that sits low to mid 80s and 2 other arms that are mid to high 70s with good off speed stuff. If you can avoid their top 3 bats in their lineup then you have a shot to beat them. Their 4-9 hitters are average at best. Wartburg's ace was able to shut them down last week in the game Wartburg won 4-2.

      It is the longest season. Plus, 30 games a year. No Christmas break. I would say basketball is the most time consuming.
