A class act and true sport shows respect for any and all their opponents...It's fine to hate a rival team but not to respect them is classless. It surprises me that you were not taught that by Coach R or A who are both class acts!

I agree on one hand. You have to respect all opponents, but you shouldnt let them know it.

trust me, spurlocks even bigger than that, but SCN is not spurlock. actually its rather ironic that some would think that, for more than one reason (that i wont say because it would probably give SCN away)

i think smyrna hasn't seen a defense like this all year and the warriors will roll

plus has smyrna ever beat riverdale? if not in many ways the game is already over because the warriors know they will win and smyrna is unsure

it could have an impact. The only thing is that Smyrna has alot of fairweather fans. They're only loud and proud when they're winning and everything is going our way. But when the going gets tough, the crowd gets quiet.

 

If anyone went to both the Lavergne and Ravenwood games at Smyrna they would know. everything went right against Lavergne and the crowd was hype the entire time. But when Smyrna was struggling against Ravenwood, it seemed like the fans didn't even try to rally the team to a victory.

 

I don't like going off on my own people, but I'm not going to lie either and I'm not sorry about it.
