He was a very good coach. He had great athletes but great athletes just don't win a district title with no coaching. If not for him they prolly be second or third or worse than they did in some of those years. He knows what to do as shown in recent years. I wish good luck to them.

Lost 2 key players in district mvp Moulton and versatile big Bullard as well as a couple of decent guys off the bench. Moulton could light up the scoreboard in a hurry and Bullard was a smart player who could play multiple positions.

Don't try to judge this man. Give him the time. It's hard to lose 9 seniors (arguably the best class to pass through WCHS) your first year and then 6 seniors the next. Coach Rawlings is doing an admirable job. Coach Craig had his day, now it's time for Coach Rawlings to put his mark on the Tigers.

Yea ours starts Friday, against Creek Wood. Monday and Tuesday we play Greenbrier and Dickson at home then travel to Creek Wood.

MBA beat Cheatham Co. by 9-POINTS tonight. They came out early and took a 20-POINT lead in the opening quarter of play and the Cubs rallied to cut the deficit to 4-POINTS late (52-48) BUT MBA held on to win 60-51. The Cubs played without Beach, Campbell, & Calhoun tonight. Brian Briggs, Don Dansby, & Jeff Hoeh led the Cubs comeback effort tonight. Cheatham falls to 1-2 on the year.

 

Cheatham Co. is at Hendersonville tomorrow night

 

BC, hows this region shaping up so far? I can look at scores, but thats not a real indication of how good a team is because I don't know the competition that they are playing. I figure Sycamore will be good once again, but I don't know about anyone else.

Harpeth is definitely the favorite, with Sycamore 2nd. Cheatham, Creekwood and Stewart Co. are all pretty evenly matched and will battle it out for 3rd and 4th.
