West vs. Powell

One player that never gets mentioned on here is Jordan Lakin, He has over 10 tackles every game this year. He has done some big things and made some huge tackles toinght. He looks a lot better than bruhin and Mcgaha both

Congratz to West for getting a big win and maybe the #2 seed in the play-offs.

 

Powell is way down as most of 3-4A is this year in my opinion.

 

The past 6 years 3-4A has been the toughest region in the state IMO but that is no more and by the time it turns around a few or the teams will change classification me thinks.

I'm starting to believe in the Panther defense, they have found ways to slow down Central and West, but if you can't get in the endzone, you can't win games. Without Kenny Cruze, this team will lose to Clinton. The only good news for Powell is that regardless of the outcome against Clinton, the Panthers have already clinched the #4 seed and will travel to play Red Bank in the first round. It's gonna be ugly down in Chattanooga in 2 weeks.

I'm particularly impressed with the way every team Powell has played has made the decision to go for it on 4th and 12 or 4th and 8. Everyone seems to be really "afraid" of Powell's defense.

This team is coached by someone who has no buisness coaching in high school.

Clinton game is important. A good win going into to the playoffs against an improved clinton team is big.

Cruze has to play all those spots he is the only playmaker that they have. Not trying to upset anyone, but without him they are below average. Better hope the defense can score.

I agree, unless the defense scores, Cruze is the only playmaker the Panthers have.
