Cheatham Co. @ South Side

Who knows anything about Cheatham Co., other than what is in black and white? Has anyone around here seen them play? What do the Hawks have to look forward to?

I don't know anything about Region 6 but other than Lipscomb, 5 doesnt have much. Very competitive but Cheatham and Spring Hill will both probably be dominated and don't be surprised to see 9-1 Giles County go down either.

What does Jackson South Side have???? I know that Jerry Hayes bunch is always tough and very athletic. This year I hear they have an outstanding back named Jontamion Forrest who has rushed for more than 1,000 yards this season. The Cubs are a very young team that is glad to be in the playoffs and our guys are looking forward to playing against an outstanding football team like JSS.

South Side has an awesome, tough, dominating defense. They have maturity. They have drive and determination. They also have many others besides Forrest who can run the ball. A quarterback who can pass and is smart. They are the total package this year!

Southside is loaded, and thats an understatement. This doesn't even look like the same team from last year. They are big up front on d and extremely athletic, and just like every S.S. team they have very quick LBs that tackle well.

At least a 2 TD margin at the end of the first quarter, maybe. No one in 3A has touched them yet, and it's not going to start this week.

 

Can't wait to see how they match up with Giles County and Lipscomb if their paths cross.
