There a first of everything but if the Bears win, one of the Bears upfront defensive players like Brian Urlacher, Mark Anderson, Alex Brown - Gator, or Adewale Oqunleye will be MVP. If the defensive secondary is intercepting Peyton Manning, then Danieal Manning or Ricky Manning will win it. If Devin Hester takes over the kicking game by running a couple back, he may win it. Indy weakness in the kick/punt return game.

Rex Grossman will be asked not to lose the game for the Bears by playing it safe in the passing game. The Bears will come out on offensive and run the ball with short out passes. If they get way behind, Grossman will have to put the ball up which will seal the win for the Colts. Therefore, Rex Grossman will not be the MVP if Bears win.

Notice I said a very bold prediction. I think Rex has a coming out party in the Super Bowl.

I love the food in Chicago

Everytime all the family gets together for holidays the topic always turns to food. What we wish we could eat and from where. I'd need to win the lottery to eat everything we talk about...Chicago has GREAT food.

Now I'm hungry...thanks wingy

How can you even predict a coming out for Rex when he's barely showed up all year? Predictions should be based on data, not whimsical random emotional neuron impulses. Anything's possible, but a prediction as such, is simply ridiculous.

Rapbwood, as far as scenarios, you're all over it. I hope you're wrong, but your thought processes demand reasoning with intelligent thought from past games and knowledge of where the game is to be won or lost. You went way up in my list of respectables.... like that matters to you

Well thats what I based it on, the fact he has barely shown up all year. His numbers won't have to be great for him to have a coming out party, considering the numbers he has managed the rest of the year (data).

I would like to read that article myself. I saw where they asked Manning who would play him in a movie about his life. They asked if Matthew Machonnamay ( I butchered that spelling....sorry) and Peyton said he was too short. hahahahaha

Butchered that spelling? That`s putting it lightly.

    • So much talk about an investigation about student record manipulation and then everything has went silent. Has anyone heard how the investigation is going?
    • Basically what you're saying is schools can basically bully students around and get away with it because they are protected. I agree to a certain extent but when schools decisions to keep knuckleheads on staff starts costing kids careers and a college education there is a problem. Our school system last week had a teacher supposedly push a kid and the parents went to the law and the teacher is suspended. So I wouldn't say that they can just do what they want without liability. This case don't pass the smell test because the coach had already been fired before and she got fired after a year on the job. Sounds like the student was right in this case on the outside looking in because the coach gets fired after one year. How many coaches get fired after one year?? Not many.
    • Problem with DB football goes beyond coaching. Like Waco said. Thr band is the main focus of their community and school. They have the resources to be a championship level team. Guarantee Ballard or Witten could have them nationally relevant at some point but everyone down to peewee would have to buy in and at DB we all know that would never happen.
    • I know the RB from OR he’s fast and has good hands. Is good on special teams also. Didn’t want to play defense over to the Ridge.
