Coniglio
I know. I laughed too. But then I remembered I had been there and done that. So then I cried. I'll share a bad story. Tennessee Classic 2005 106 Coniglio, Matthew Chattanooga 19:07.30 102 There. Now everyone can laugh at me too.

Coniglio
I figured you'd stay in the Large School Gold race again like every year. We're not too sure either. Hosting an invitational (sort of), probably the stupid league races again, Jesse Owens, TN Classic, and then the usual Optimist, Region, and State. mahaney
I ran a 20:18 my freshman year at cookeville for my very first race, then a 19:14, then a 18:40, 18:25 and eventually started hitting mid 17s that was when we ran 3 miles instead of the 5k
