Morristown East at Sullivan South

Haven't seen MoWest and haven't heard much about them either. They did say that MoEast was the best defense they played this year. I'm like...what about Science Hill.

 

This time tommorow M-E should be pulling into Rebel Nation, hope they don't forget their white flags!

GREAT POST… and I feel ya on Greeneville!! If they should make it by East this week and we beat Volunteer….IT”S ON next week!! It’s about time for them to learn a lesson about respect. There is a reason SOUTH and THS are ranked as two of the States top ten teams (#4 and #5 on unapproved website) and Greenville is not. And it goes way deeper than the records or the conferences we play in. As a matter of fact MoWest is still ranked higher than Greenville in most poles… now that’s respect, or disrespect depending on whether you support MoWest or Greeneville.

 

Rankings dont mean jack squat, look at the W's an the L's those mean more then stupid rankings. Crockett was also getting votes to be ranked in the state up until 2 to 3 weeks ago.

Montes , linebacker for M-E , will be dressed out and on the bus . He will be

ready to play if needed . All the coach has to do is say sic-em and he will join

the battle. Some of the players in Boone's backfield may remember him from

last year.

 

The East team concluded their practice today with a run through of Boone plays.

They are now letting their wheels rest to be ready for full speed ahead tomorrow

night. Go Canes !!

The East team concluded their practice today with a run through of Boone plays.

They are now letting their wheels rest to be ready for full speed ahead tomorrow

night. Go Canes !!

 

Well I'm glad they did a run through of Boone plays considering they are playing SULLIVAN SOUTH.....should pan out nicely for them

I am sure not looking for a long run by South. It has to be proven to me that

this year's team is better than they had last year. Just what makes you think

South is better and will not bow out in their first game ?

South is better this year than last they are more mature. If east brings the intensity they had at Greeneville then ole curt might have his hands full.

East will be trying to put number 10 on his back. He would be in a good

position to see the comet that is exploding in the north sky. Is that Curt's

number ?

 

I don't want to jinx Curt---too many people want to see him do good. Not

many fans get to see a top notch player in our area promising wins. If he

puts on a show , I hope it is a good one---just not good enough to win.

What was the details of his injury? I heard it was shoulder but didn't get the scoop. I'm sure he will play. Did he have surgery? Is he a Senior?
