Dyer Co. vs. Crockett County

first of all, this is my first post on coacht with this screen name. i had a different screenname last year and got tired of people (including myself) throwing mess around about different teams. my apologies for last year, but now to this year:

 

 

 

 

 

 

any thoughts on friday nights game in alamo?

 

 

i think dc will blow them away. cc isnt as strong as they were last year after losing their main players. i think on the ball said that they have 2 guys playing this year that even scored last year.

 

but well see:)

 

im also looking forward to next tuesdays game @ gibson county. hopefully our fans will remain calm before, during, and AFTER the game. hopefully a fight wont break out like last year:]

DC should take this one CC is not close to the team they had last season.

I hope DC doesn't start getting the reputation for the school that fights all the time. There have been a few incidents this year already.

I think it's because people are denying that the district is down from last year.

DC should win the distict. Maybe unbeaten.

Westview could finish second or third.

Dyersburg could finish secnd or third.

Milan, is well Milan, a football school.

Crockett lost alot.

GC could finish third.

OC will beat some people. Could finish third.

 

If Humboldt and UC where still there it would be real fun for DC to take a shot at district.

Anyone seen the 6'5/6'6 sophomore at Crockett County...cant remember his name, gibson, giles or something maybe...someone had mentioned he may be a pretty good player but I dont know...any help on this from someone who knows Crockett County

My advice to Crockett Co.

 

Make sure the popcorn is cooked to perfection....or they will cry and not want to come back to play at your school.

 

Make sure that at least 75% of the calls go their way.....or they will cry and not want to come back to your school and play.

 

Make sure the refs stop the game and listen....intently to their coach as he whines and cries about every call that is made.

 

Make sure that if you have a grip with the ref.....call time out first.....that way time wont be wasteing away while there is a discussion with the refs.

 

Make sure to have a maintainance crew check the clock for ANY malfunctions.

 

Make sure your players don't use the f word directed at their coach.....they don't like that.

 

Make sure your cheerleaders are not as loud as the DC cheerleaders.

 

Make sure Troy and the boys are in full attendance to be able to kick out and unruly DC fans......HAHAHAHAHAHAaaaaa!!!!! (my personal favorite)

 

Make sure you save a couple of seats for me and nebutyn.

Dyer Co. will win easily...I'm looking forward to the DC and GC game...GC always get's up when they play the Choctaws...We beat them by 4 once lost by 12 once and lost by 13 once...not exactly blow outs but good games...

I will admit I'm shocked by the Dawgs this year. Last year they were decent and lost a ton of seniors.

 

However, they have looked impressive this year. Lexington is a joke, but Milan beat them by 50. They almost beat Humboldt without 5-6 players missing due to football.

 

David Vaughn is a man-child, and he may be the dark horse for player of the year in his district.

 

Milan's program is hopefully rising back to where it use to be a few years ago.
