It seemed like DB should have won by more. Science Hill had about 500 turnovers,including some at crucial moments,and DB had about 5. DB just seemed more ready for the moment,they weren't fazed at all.

 

Also,I may be naive,but I think I would put Jamel Williams and Justin Sylvester against any guard tandem in the state.

I??™m a Justin Sylvester fan and he had a great tournament on both sides of the ball??¦but I have to say that I was VERY impressed with William??™s performance throughout this tournament also. He being the new kid on the block had to way heavily on the MVP decision, because if this tournament was on Sports Center he would have had five of the top ten Plays of the Day!!!! Although he??™s been unstoppable going to the basket he seems to be a very unselfish player that is just as content making a spectacular assist as he is with scoring. Williams seems to have fun and still maintain an impressive level of intensity all at the same time??¦which is a tale tale sign (to me anyway) of how special this kid is. I think I??™m going to ask him on behalf of THS if he has any friends back home (preferably 6??™ 6??? or taller) that also need to get out of the city. Actually and unfortunately I haven't been able to attend any of the games to support all the young men from all the teams playing there during the tournament. And I'm sure the school appreciated the extra revenue generated from the tourney so NO it wasn't humiliating at all. I've been out of pocket for quite awhile and was catching up on things and ran across your week old IDIOTIC (as usual) post and responded accordingly.. no shame there. While I was catching up on things and reading through all the posts I noticed that no matter who your posting with your rambling IDIOTIC posts always have the same substance. You must be photographer for the Times News too. It would be great to share the ink with some of the other team members. Same goes for the Lady Indians and Tori Head. Both great athletes and as equally good young people, Times News just needs to point the camera on the rest of the team.

I understand what you are saying. But it has to be blamed on human nature not the Times News. The flashy guys and girls always get the press. Example??¦Name another Cleveland Cavalier besides Lebron James. But we all know it takes way more than the NBA All Star MVP to win a NBA game. Even with Williams??™s smooth transition into his starting position you had to know he was a crowd pleaser. You have at least five players on the DB team that would get the press on almost any other team they played on in the BIG 9. I think that is a good problem to have. Morgan has a job on his hands to just divide the airtime as equally as he can. It would be nice if parents (and fans) would just be satisfied with winning games. But as a parent myself??¦I know better.
