Looks pretty solid to me. If I had to pick a first team it would be:

 

Rorex AC MVP

Gasper Loudon

Walden Catholic

Eller Loudon

Sherrill Stone.

 

Second Team is a toss up (Pick 5)

White AC

Hood Catholic

Crowder Stone

Sharp AC

Colvin Loudon

Longmire AC

Fox Stone

Conaty Catholic

Somebody from Scott

Maybe next year for CAK and Kingston

 

White would have probably been in the top 5 if he hadn't gotten hurt. Sharp, great at times and just there at times. Hood, hard to stop when he's not in foul trouble. The others all looked good at times. I think the AC guys would have been higher on the list but they shared time among several good players. It's a big luxury to have a Sharp, Cross, Longmire, Seiber to sub in.

 

It would be hard to pick by positions since I think this district has 3 excellent point guards in Rorex, Gasper, and Walden. I'd take any one of those guys against any of the guards I've seen in East TN.

 

This district has had some big non-conference wins this year and I hope they make some noise in the regional tourney. It's about tournament time and it should be a barn burner!

The 10th spot should goto Sharp at AC he did show up to play for 3 games.

Irishbball as always right on. I couldn't agree more District 4AA has some great guards and very good players. Last year with a Givens in the group may have been even better. The only guard I've seen this year better than those mentioned would be Damron from Maryville. As well as he is playing he maybe one of the best in the state.
