No pedo it wont be muckle he cant stay at one place long enough to make a difference. We need a coach who is going to stay and build the program up. I think it will be RC

You gave a good post. Can the players work out, lift weights during any of this time?

 

Yes, and they can play to their hearts' content but the high school coaching staff cannot coach them. I know coach Buster Bush (a volunteer with lots of experience) has had the Coffee County team playing in tournaments because I saw them play several times. Not all the girls were taking part, but I suspect that is the case with lots of schools during the spring.

Does anyone have a thumbnail sketch of this coach so others can look at what background thiscoach had to imake him the right person. From the start, you had some good coaches to select from it sometimes looked. Whatmade the difference. Was he a Local?

Good luck I guess. He better be careful of the revolving door at CCHS. Passing on Williams seems to be a mistake but hey I guess time will tell. All Coach Pope would tell me yesterday was that he hoped she got a chance to get back in the mix and that if given the chance she would do a good job. Oh, well. I believe that this is Muckles fourth or fifth job in the last ten years.

Ok, first this poster hears is widely traveled, 5th coaching job in past 10 years, But maybe thats not bad. Anyone knows his coaching record? and where he coached? is he local?

He has been at Tullahoma and Lawrence County. The last I remember him was at Lawrence County...3 years ago I believe it was, but I'm not sure if he has had a job since then? I'm not too sure of his other stops yet.

He didn't coach this past season. He spent this school year at Westwood Jr. High here in Manchester in a non-coaching role. I don't know of any other coaching stops he has made along the way, but I don't think it has been 5 in the past ten years.
