I also like Sycamore's confidence heading into this one. Coach Halstead guaranteed victory yesterday and his players are prepared to build off of the second half of the WH (overrated) game. It is "Homecoming" at SHS this week so expect the city of Pleasant View to be out in full force for this one.

Guaranteeing a victory a WEEK before the game? Hmmmm......Halstead already rattlling some pots and pans foe some Homecooking? /hungry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hungry:" border="0" alt="hungry.gif" />

Thanks for the locker room bulletin board post. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Oh yeah, Sycamore is a great 2nd half team when the game has already been decided.... 40-7 at the half. Go ahead and hang you hat on that. If WH is "overrated" and winning week after week, then "bottom feeder" sign me up for several more weeks of it...... /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Greenbrier is solid but outside of Zack Ziegler they do not have any real "game changers". Sycamore has a couple in Cory Carrigan & Tyler Cherry. If Jake Simms can find a way to play four good quarters of football then I too would go with Halstead and say Sycamore wins. The lack of game changers really hurt Greenbrier in the loss at DeKalb Co. Ziegler could not keep them in it all night against Poteete and those receivers.

Sycamore was MUCH MORE competitive against Station Camp than was Greenbrier although Greenbrier beat a Cheatham Co. team that won against Sycamore. THAT MAKES IT HARD TO GAUGE THIS ONE BY LOOKING AT THE "COMMON FOES" /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Anyone who has to use CoachT for locker room material has no right playing football anyway /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

The Bobcats are the better of the two teams after seeing both play this year.
