To add even further credibility to their accomplishment, a quick look at their goals for and against also validates the caliber of their opponents, the strength of their defensive skills and the restraint not to overwhelm any team that may have not been as fortunate with talented players. Yes, congratulations to Baylor. Now, correct me if I'm wrong (and I sincerely doubt anyone would do that on Coach T!), but did Baylor not start out as the preseason favorite. So very impressive, especially if everyone during the entire season was after that bullseye on your back!

Normally, I would have spelled Collierville, maybe with an S, but I have a new IPhone and can't type on the %X#@ing

key board. PLUS, it was one of the more important matches and thought hundreds of folks were staring at blank screens awaiting an update.

 

It was a great game and, as many do, was tainted with some bad calls that could have changed the outcome. Hats off to Houston. Having lost to both of them 1-0, with our own defensive mistakes, makes me confident that we can play at their level. It's time to find out.
