pedo_29
I know we've sunk pretty low this season, but if we can't beat Cumberland County....I'm not going to say it. /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" /> Both of these teams have one win. At this point, Coffee County can't afford to overlook any team. That said, I like Coffee County in this one, 35-7. It has to show up and play though. If CHS goes through the motions it will get beat - book it. But I think the Raiders come to play.
brumfield
I have not seen the Jets play this year, but it sounds like they on on track. They have been in the last few games, they just have to learn to win. Jets 14 Coffee
raiderone08
I went out and watched the Coffee Co. practice yesterday.. if things are not stepped up the rest of this week in practice, Cumberland County will demolish the Raiders. Nitro14
Cumerland Co. is improved and this should be a good game. They fly to the ball on defense and the offense is somewhat better. I think the Raiders will win, but won't score more than 20 points. It may come down to special teams play.

If Coffee County could score 20 in one quarter against Frankin County's defense I think it can against Cumberland County's defense. Granted the Jets are much better on defense from everything that I hear, but no way they have the talent or athletes Franklin County has. The question is, does CHS show up and play hard after a two hour bus ride in a season that has went terribly since week one? If the Raiders aren't flat and execute it will be ugly for the Jets, no doubt. But flip that coin. If the Raiders go through the motions and don't care, Cumberland County could easily win. I guess we will see. Pretty good day at practice today for the few minutes I was there. Offense looked good.

The Cumberland defense is tough, but has a tendency to give up big plays especially when they get down. They also get alot of penalities which help to bail out the oppositions offense. The offense can and should move the ball down the field, but when they get in the red zone things change. If the Jets get down, especially in the second half they start trying to throw alot and that gets them in trouble. If this happens Coffee will record alot of sacks and a couple turnovers. This game should be low scoring and a very good one. This is Cumberland Co's last home game of the season, so the Jet players will be ready. I just hope the coaches are! GO JETS! pedo_29
Go Jets... I heard Cumberland County's leading rusher was dismissed from the team for missing practice. Any truth to this?
nolesfan
What about the Jet player who was thrown out of the game Friday night-will he be playing?
JetFan21
I do not know anything about the leading rusher. I'm not sure who the leading rusher is but I would imagine it to be Cody Vance. I know that he was suspened from a game earlier this season due to missing the labor day practice. I do believe that the kid that got thrown out of the last game will be suspended for this game. I think that might be TSSAA rules, but i'm not sure. He will be a big loss for the Jets up front on defense.
