Sequatchie
Tim Brewster - head coach - Minnesota Only names on your list I would want to touch are Petersen and Muschamp. Another names is Brian Kelly - Head Coach = Cincinnati (47 yo) One thing I think Tennessee has to do regardless of who they get is someone relativly young say between 40-50 years of age. Thats why I don't think you will much consideration for guys like Butch Davis (56) or Walt Harris (61) or Kippy Brown (54) not to mention the last two are former Tennessee guys and new blood is needed from non Tennessee people. I've got a buddy that has watched a lot more Cincinnati games than I have that really likes him. Tulsa head coach Todd Graham may also be worth taking a look at from what I can gather. I agree with your assessment on the youth idea. Of those three maybe Butch Davis, but that's still ify to me. Personally, I'd like to take a shot at Muschamp. CoachT
ESPN is suggesting Lane Kiffin, fired by Al Davis a week or two ago.
wingman10
I don't think Muschamp would be a good fit at UT. Furtermore, I think they need a good recruiter and an offensive minded coach.
sinjin
Personally I think they should look to Utah. Here is a link to a great young Head coach. http://utahutes.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/m...ham_kyle00.html Roll Tide
KEV-O
ESPN is suggesting Lane Kiffin, fired by Al Davis a week or two ago. I herd that to. they were saying he had good recruiting skills to. i think its worth taking a look at
noonesfool
At this point I have no idea who I would suggest, But I can easily make a list of those I don't want. After the Oakland fiasco, I think Kiffin is damaged goods, even though he is a fine young coach. I believe he will have to be a OQ for a little while again. No to Turbeyville No to Brewster No to Cutliff No to Atkins No to McNut No to Spurrier No to the West Coast No to anyone running the wishbone or wing T No to anyone whose team is scoring 50 points a game in the Rocky mountains while the D is giving up 49 (we are the SEC) No to any current Big 10 cream puffs Yes to Muschamp after little or no thinking, he was about all that was left. I also like the Oklahoma Stae Head Coach

You don't want Walt Harris. he couldn't make it at Pitt. Kiffen Leach Peterson
Homer
I herd that to. they were saying he had good recruiting skills to. i think its worth taking a look at Search him and you will find he was the OC at USC, coached in 2 Rose Bowls and 2 Orange Bowls. He was also recruiting coordinator.

I want an offensive guy and keep Chavis, which they probably won't do.
