Lots of new and strong rumors that we are closing in on someone. I am reluctant to believe them, but they are quite strong.

Heard from a friend of a frienc etc. that TL from Oneida made the final cut. That there are 4 finalist. And a decision will be made soon. Anybody else heard anything like that?

The rumors that I hear from pretty good sources are that one of the following has been offered the job: Blade from Hillsboro--Rankin--Pemberton (again)--Gaylor (Maryville/Clinton)--Gray (Oak Ridge/Karns/Bearden/Catholic...) It should be over this week, unless they all turn it down.

I've heard that too. I know some people my not agree due to the Clinton connection, but you will have to admit that what he has done at Marville as the D-Coordinator has been impressive. Their D has shut down some big time players along the way.
