Round of 64:

Rockwood vs Sunbright

Wartburg vs Harriman

 

Oliver Springs vs Greenback

Grace Christian vs Oneida

 

Round of 32:

Rockwood vs Wartburg

Grace vs Oliver Springs

 

Round of 16:

Oliver Springs over Wartburg

 

 

Grace deserves all this doubt based on how they performed in the district final. Lets just say there were reasons for this and it will not happen again. They are more determined and focused than they have been all year and have Rockwood to thank for it.

I don't think it has nothing to do about what happen against Rockwood. Eveybody has a bad game from time to time and it is to bad Grace had a bad game at the wrong time.

 

I think it is about Matchups. I think Oliver Springs has to many matchup problems for Grace.

 

how is Grace going to match up against the big three Rather, Carter and Harper?

You better hope it works out that way because you do not want to play OS to get to the state. I have seen you both play and they don't play soft

 

I would MUCH rather see Oliver Springs roll up into Hampton than Grace. But I think it is irrelevant who wins the Grace-OS game. Hampton will most likely face the winner of the Rockwood-Wartburg game...

Titlow cant man handle Carter or Harper. That's what would have to happen for Greenback to come out with a win at Oz.

 

I think titlow and carter are the two best power forwards in our region by far, but carter has a good supporting cast titlow has carried g-back all year,no body else has stepped up would love to see a good game tonight but titlow cannot win big games by himself.

      Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?

      Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.

      I heard Alabama was at Antioch practice and Colorado has offered QB. Hoping the Bears have a great year.
