Has anyone mentioned Jacques Smith from Ooltewah? He has already signed with Tennessee. I have watched him play many times and let me tell you buddy, he is the real deal. He plays like a MAN against little boys. If you get a chance to see him play this fall you should definitely go see him. The Ooltewah Owls should have another great season too. Take care guys! Yeah I did, but yes Jacques is the real deal. Ooltewah should be one of the preseason favorites to win state.
