Gallatin @ Hendersonville

It's amazing how folks get on here and trash Gallatin's stadium. For one, the field is not in terrible shape, the only muddy part of it is the far corner of the south end zone on the away side. In fact I bet the individual who made that statement hasn't even seen the field. If you would like to see a terrible playing surface go look at Beech's right now. I'm not saying their field generally bad, but they have had the misfortune of five home games in the last six weeks in an unusually wet fall.

As for the the overall shape of Gallatin's stadium, yes it is old and yes there are improvements to be made, but that is what makes it such a great atmosphere; the closeness to the field and all the memories of past teams all the way back to the 1930's. What would be nice is if such a high and mighty school as Hville with all their deep-pocketed individuals could provide adequet seating for the fans that a team like Gallatin brings to the game. Come on guys, Hartsville's visitor side is bigger than yours.

The green wave seem to have caught quite a few lucky breaks this year(at least the 3 times I have watched them play). I am excited this game is still on for Fri night so I can come watch. Unless they play at a much higher level than from what I've seen, I think the commandos take this one. Its a good thing it is at Hville because gallatin's field is in terrible condition and their bleachers are some of the worst I have ever seen, especially the visitors side. you would think with as many rich hillbillies that live in gallatin that the booster club would be sitting a little prettier than they are.

From a losers prospective I would feel the same. What you call lucky I call hard work and skill my friend. But you are right, Gallatin will have to play much better to beat the Commandos.

Obviously you don't get out much if Gallatin's stadium is one of the worst you have seen...ha!

This game just got bigger. A Gallatin win and Mt. Juliet still wins district, Gallatin 2nd, Beech 3rd, and H-ville 4th. In 5A Gallatin and Beech both go as 2,3 seeds while H-ville goes as wildcard. H-ville wins gives Beech district title, Mt. Juliet 2nd, H-ville 3rd and Gallatin Wildcard. So it is all or nothing for either team. A win means at least 2 home games in the playoffs a loss means NO home games in the playoffs. Not that it wasn't already a big game. Should increase the crowd size. Weather calling for 100% chance of rain and wind gusts between 25-30 mph according to noaa.gov.

What is it about Hendersonville people???? And that includes Beech... I've never witnessed a group of people with such an undeserving pride about themselves in my whole life. Marked, listen dude.... It's not even worth my time to address all the crap you spewed in your earlier posts, but I will anyway because I hate where you are from and everything you stand for. So here it goes: (1.) If anything, Gallatin has had only UNLUCKY breaks this year, as their only losses were by a combined total of 12 points to 2 top ranked 6a schools early in the season. (2.) Who in the wide wide world of sports cares what the bleachers look like? Our's holds around 6000 people... How bout your's? (so basically I'm saying that mine's bigger) (3.) There isn't a natural playing surface in this state that is in decent shape due to the monsoonal rains this year. So maybe you should save that comment for when Hendersonville's field looks more like the Biltmore Lawn, and less like the dry hayfield that it is... (4.) These rich hillbilles in Gallatin didn't have much money left over since we had to clean out our savings to get your mom some lipo and a boob job so that she looks good for when Enriques Perry is throwin' dollar bills at her while he puts up a couple hundred yards and 3 touchdowns on you..... (5.) Tell ya what Marked... Hendersonville's got plenty of money too right? Just a suggestion, stop spending so much on your perrenial rye/bluegrass/fescue blend and invest some of that cash in getting a new offensive scheme.... The wing-t is for sissy boys.

squosh, ummmmm, marked is from MJ. Your post is quite eloquent and all but totally misguided. Do a little research before you pop off about Hendersonville (and more importantly Beech) people.

So you are say your starting running back throws money at women? Classy-and exactly what I expected from someone from Gallatin. And if you would have learned to read in high school, which is also something I anticipated did NOT happen, you would see I am from Mt. Juliet and not Hendersonville. I don't give two craps about anyone from Sumner County except maybe the best team in the county who hung it on us last night. Have fun in the first round because that will be were it ends for the wave.

Grow up.
