Best high school football stadiums

Since football season is year round and the basketball boards are talking about the best gyms, just wondered thoughts on the best high school football stadiums in the state?

I will put Tullahoma's brand new stadium up against any. State-of-the-art concession area with wide-screen monitors showing the game. 5000 seat capacity. The outside entrance area looks better than many college stadiums. It will have a jumbotron in a year or two.

Totally agree. Although Giles stadium is very nice the Tullahoma stadium is MUCH more fan friendly. Same contractor built both of them but Giles is better suited for triathlon competitors. The mid section walkway obstructs fans view on two rows. The steps were designed to simulate a climb to Mt. Everest. We do have the "Taj Mahal" press box. Word is it seats a couple of hundred. With that being said we are very proud of the new Brickyard.

As the play-by-play voice of Tullahoma for 25 years I would have loved a little of that pressbox that giles got. we planned to have the same thing but the money ran out. no complaints though as everything is very nice. have heard great things about Giles stadium too, and hopefully we can schedule you guys and check it out up close soon.

Well I know we scrimmage you guys every year but I'm thinking that a regular-season game might be scheduled on the next cycle. I think we are looking to get away from the murfreesboro schools we scheduled this cycle. I may try to come down in August though.

Best overall field in the state has got to be DB in Kingsport. There field and field house together was crazy! But Clinton high school's stadium is awsome as well. 4 different sections surrounding the entire field and when its packed, there nothing eles like it!

Clinton's stadium is not worth a crap, just my personal opinion.

I know that this discussion is about stadiums in Tennessee. But I still like to brag about the stadium that I played high school ball in. The picture in the attatched link speaks for itself. There were over 12,000 there the night this picture was taken. Since this picture was taken, new artificial turf has been layed down and a brand new digital scoreboard was installed.
